Hello, welcome to 'I see the poors are pretending to be big wallet gangstas again'
This hole exists as a safe space for refugees from the Facebook(MetaTM groups of the same name. Of which there have been several iterations. We mostly exist to poke fun at the state of living in poverty. While it oftentimes is unavoidable, we do aspire to not be meanspirited. Over the years we have co-opted the term 'Peak Poor' to being someone who exudes poverty, regardless of their actual net worth. Trump and Elon both exhibit the peak poor ethos from time to time while still being the top 0.000001%. You can do something peak poor and still be a good person or a generally adjusted one. We all have a bit of poor in us.
We basically fill a niche similar to fatpeoplehate with a bit less actual malice.
PeakPoor is shotgunning mountain dews at 5 years old.
PeakPoor is not people dying of poverty. While technically the greatest heights of poverty is succumbing to it this is not funny, and is a failure
of capitalism. We do not make fun of poverty to be mean spirited such as that.

I'm not going outside in the cold to confront a random dog, I'm gonna open my door, shoot it, close the door, and go on with my night. If the neighbors are able to see the corpse I'll drag it off, if not I'm leaving it there till the morning to deal with.

I'm envisioning an ENCLOSED porch. Like a porch with screen windows as many country style homes (throughout the midwest at least) have. Which is way different than just a open porch. I do think the sleet and rain would have washed it away if it was open, which is way different in my mind. I think of an enclosed porch as an extension of the home. Like shooting a dog in your entryway. Although it could be an open porch in which case the pageantry makes even less sense but the shooting makes sense i guess

Yeah assuming it was a screened in porch you'd be right. I was picturing a regular porch that has a roof and railings but no screen.
BUT seething at a post because you assume they have a certain type of porch is r-slurred. Idk the more I think about I still would probably just shoot the dog on a screened in porch too. Guess it depends on what I have on the porch.
