For the main post:
Edit: Since it's been brought up, I am a THC user. I have slowed down considerably from how much I used to smoke, but I don't know that I can quit completely. Only cannabis or extremely heavy cardio provokes me to have any appetite, and if I don't smoke I can easily go 2 days before I get hungry.
Won't go to the doctor because
But of course...
Weed would also disqualify you & your still smoking that. Weed is your issue. Stop smoking Weed.
The financial side is also a problem, but he's not breaking the bank on weed. But others say he is:
When asked if he smokes a ton of weed, the reply is
Of course, someone points out that this amount as concentrates would make you a heavy user.

He has CHS from excess long term cannabis consumption. I've had it too, I puked every morning for a long time.
1.5g of concentrates in a week is about 1000MG of THC. For reference, 20mg taken orally will get even a stoner fairly baked. So you are consuming consuming 860mg thc per week in excess of what would make someone high ingested. Yes of course you can do 250 mg and so on and I've of course done that too, I've actually done 900 once, but there is a clear high from as little as 10mg.
Yes, stopping cannabis temporarily can cause more nausea, loss of appetite and vomiting, so it's easy to think that you need it to settle your stomach. What one actually needs is to go through that phase for the stomach to recover. It can take up to a week.
He can stop THC all together or reduce it down to 15mg per day by taking oil or pills.

The big problem is that in concentrating the THC you're basically stripping everything else from the plant matter that would make it easy to metabolize. It doesn't help that there will be remnants of any solvent you use to do this. Cool drinks won't really help with this, or even hurt, because this stuff is not water soluble. Something with a lot of fatty oil like peanut butter will be easy on the stomach and help prime things. Bonus: even if it doesn't work it tastes the same coming up as it does going down.
