Absolutely unacceptable, but unfortunately these airline issues will only increase as they continue to pack people in like sardines, and have issues requiring people to spend hours sitting on the tarmac.

I agree. she is 100% out of line and should be arrested. AND… this is going to continue to be more and more common. When you pack people in confined spaces (some with emotional regulation problems) after being charged up the wazoo plus an extra $50 for a carry on and 5 bucks for a non-alcoholic drink, then sit on the tarmac and forbid anyone from using the restroom, etc etc etc.

Not to mention nicotine withdrawal, which made me angrier than I've ever been. Having lozenges or patches on the plane would help a lot.

Airlines need to offer free nicotine patches :marseylaugh: also carry ons are a meme just put all your shit in a backpack. As long as it fits under a seat they dont give a frick about the exact size of weight

:marseyagree:I fly regularly and I've never used the overhead compartment once, just chuck my bag under the seat, less likely to have my laptop damaged.

Yeah when I used to fly for work a lot my carryon backpack was heavier than my checked baggage most of the time. Packed that shit to the limit. Namaste.
