Hello, welcome to 'I see the poors are pretending to be big wallet gangstas again'
This hole exists as a safe space for refugees from the Facebook(MetaTM groups of the same name. Of which there have been several iterations. We mostly exist to poke fun at the state of living in poverty. While it oftentimes is unavoidable, we do aspire to not be meanspirited. Over the years we have co-opted the term 'Peak Poor' to being someone who exudes poverty, regardless of their actual net worth. Trump and Elon both exhibit the peak poor ethos from time to time while still being the top 0.000001%. You can do something peak poor and still be a good person or a generally adjusted one. We all have a bit of poor in us.
We basically fill a niche similar to fatpeoplehate with a bit less actual malice.
PeakPoor is shotgunning mountain dews at 5 years old.
PeakPoor is not people dying of poverty. While technically the greatest heights of poverty is succumbing to it this is not funny, and is a failure
of capitalism. We do not make fun of poverty to be mean spirited such as that.
Read the room, if it's punching down too hard or really digging into someone whos a sympathetic character it doesn't belong here. (basically READ THE ROOM)

Predates meth culture. They supposedly started as a detroit street gang, but it was more yt boys sticking together to not get their asses kicked. They started clown rapping because of the novelty i guess.
They actually made (or possibly still make) beats for lots of other artists, their music isn't actually that bad, it's just the lyrics are ridiculously dumb. They ended up starting psychopathic records and for a brief while in the late 90s/early 2000s all those bands became fairly mainstream with the advent of nu metal. I think kottonmouth kings started on their label too?
The whole thing is similar to grateful dead fans but instead of bullshit hippie ideals it's a trailer trash notion of "family"
They have made some awful movies (def worth a watch because it's just SO bad) and kind of claimed some of their albums were about religion

Today, It's always right vs left, but Islam is “Wassatiyya”, or “Of the Moderate”/“moderate”, and we both know there is degeneracy and evil on both sides.
On the left you have normalization of Sodomy: all this trans gender whatever it may be, communism, atheism, abortion, women's promiscuousness disguised as freedom, racism, totalitarianism, prejudice, drug use, pedophilia and other anti-Islamic ideologies.
On the right you have Conservatism: especially fiscally (screw everyone, no charity, only worry about myself), Ultra Nationalism, Right Totalitarianism, fascism, racism, prejudice, etc.
I know I'm not a perfect person, and far from a perfect Muslim. But each and every single day living in the US I see more and more things that sicken me, or make me want to move. And I just think about Islam, and how Islam cures these issues (that are disguised as “Freedoms”), not only on the Governmental/Political level, but also the societal, familial, and personal level. In the heart.
I've done a lot of bad things, and haven't been the best person, but today is Friday, and a new day.
Whenever you see something horrible on the news, remember Islam is spreading like wildfire because it is the ONLY WAY. It is impossible to live any other way and be happy.
