I cannot express how r-slurred this mentality is in retail. It kind of works for the r-slurs in clothing or home but grocery and produce can be insane.

The turnover rate is massive and almost nobody hired can keep up.

Retailers lose so much with moves like this it's crazy. It's just main office people that havent worked in stores for 20 years looking at spreadsheets, probably unaware of how much book cooking district/store managers do to make things look fine.

Im out here directing people to sample out large amounts of product to hobos to hide shrink and retailers are trying to cut wages to make it even worse. If my company tries this shit im out.
