They will also be prevented from obtaining loans from any New York financial institutes for three years.

I think this was appealed successfully lol

Isn't the entire point here to lock up so many assets in legal bullshit that he can't campaign effectively?

Yeah, they're basically trying to suffocate him from every angle so he's distracted.

And not just him, his proxies too. So he's left with a bunch of r-slurs working on his campaign who can't do anything right.

This election is (D)s to lose, and they're doing their best to accomplish that with the border stuff and trying to "protect democracy" shit optics.

The main thing killing Democrats right now is Biden's increasingly obvious mental decline. The backdrop of a stagnating economy and generally poor policy progress is harmful, but it'd normally be outweighed by Trump derangement. However having a geriatic candidate and trying to gaslamp everyone about it strikes me as another Clinton-esque "you'll take what we give you" approach.

That's why they're desperate to stop Trump's campaign, they won't be able to win an open contest. This is especially true if there's a major leak about Biden's health. In 2020 they'd have been able to lean on tech companies to bury such a story, but with Twitter now outside their influence they're unlikely to get away with it this time.

Yeah, Biden visibly becoming senile, despite all the gaslamping, can seriously depress turnout.

I think you're downplaying how upset many urban Democrats are about the migrant situation now that it's at their doorstep.

Some cities are resorting to shit like closing down schools (forcing students to go remote) so they can claim the school as a migrant shelter. Any parent directly affected by this is going to have a chip on their shoulder against the Democrats unless they clean this shit up.

That's why they faked interest in tightening up border security, while adding a ton of lavish Ukraine spending to the bill to ensure the Republicans wouldn't go for it.

I'm Sarah Palin and can see Mexico from my house, and this isn't happening where I am.

Sounds an awful like something Rethuglicans would do for optics though.

This neighbor had a chaired advisor who went to prison when he ran in 2016.

Was that his A-team or was it the one that led to him losing the popupar vote by the largest number in history in 2020?

Fricking Trump cucks lmao.
