>MUHHH EMPATHY

Plenty of poors lack empathy as well, the trashier they're the worse. Antiworktards in particular are leeches playing the “I'M POOR HAVE EMPATHY FOR ME AND GIVE ME MONEY” all the time.

Don't forget the correlation between antiwork and other toxic subs like childfree, super empathetic people there.

People misuse empathy. I can empathize with people and doesn't mean i should bend over and get fricked.

I used to in my youth work for this environmental non profit organization. Not like Greenpeace but one which actually accomplished stuff without being terminally annoying at all times. My job was too go door to door and beg people to sign up for subscription donations basically.

I admit, this was pretty obnoxious. But hey, still beats telemarketing.

Poor people always had an excuse, or they weren't home, or they didn't answer the door or they just plain didn't have the money and told you so. They'd cut you off fairly often but on the whole were polite about it. Very few of them would sign up.

The middle class, houses in the suburbs, 2.5 kids, two cars, cozy gardens those kinds of people would hear you out, show some interest in what the org was doing, be actively nice and sometimes sign up but on the whole be decent about it.

Rich people were the worst. They'd be rude as shit and no one ever signed up.

Basically the decent person ranking goes middle class>poor>rich. If you work a decent, but still real job you are more likely to be an okay person.

She's kinda got a point. Poors have a crabs in a bucket mentality. Biggest barrier to brokies achieving financial success is not being able to tell your broke family “frick off” when they ask for your money.
