Counterpoint: as a health initiative, anyone with a BMI above 25 should live above ground level to qualify for health insurance. The higher the BMI, the higher the floor. Building elevators are restricted to freight only. If you don't like it, buy a house.

That actually brings up an interesting point. The last time I lived on the top floor of a 4 story apartment block, none of my neighbors were fat. This building did not have an elevator past the second floor. Curious.
