Did a CT, and a gastroscopy. They couldn't find any source of obvious bleeding. Although there was clear evidence of bleeding due to low Hb + acute physical symptoms. Seems like the source of the bleeding is idiopathic at the moment. They're going to refer me to an external specialist for more investigations.
It seems the bleeding may have subsided on its own. I don't have any current symptoms, and after 5 blood transfusions I feel much better.
They're gonna monitor me for another 24. If there's no more evidence of bleeding, I'm going to be discharged.
Then I'm gonna buy AC6 and goom.

Idk the backstory to this, but if you have GI bleeding then you should get an endoscopy down the throat and a colonoscopy up your butt too depending on the initial symptoms. A ct scan should have found something though so it seems like you're probably okay. Not a doctor but have had GI shit happen to me
