gonna go to the 
tomorrow but was doing abs exercises and noticed a lump appearing in the centre of the top part of my stomach during them but my stomach went back to being flat the second I stood up, asked a family member w a medical background and they think it might be a hernia. Anyone else had something like this happen?

I know a guy who had an abdominal hernia operated on in a third world country, and the doctor threw the medical waste into a painters bucket that he later emptied out the window so the street dogs could eat it
