It's fricking Cancer! Just check the top sellers on Amazon and they all require you to use an app to generate a QR code to set up your camera. That app won't work unless you make an account handing over your email, phone number and sometimes even CC number
I've returned 3 so far for not being fit for purpose, one of them openly lying about the app requirement.

I would recommend either a raspberry pi zero w with motionEye + camera attachment or an old Android phone with the IP Webcam app installed. You can set IP webcam to not use the cloud, and instead expose a local web interface (which you'll have to port forward or set up a VPN to your home to access remotely).
