I like to drink cold water while chewing mint gum and vaping my ice/menthol flavors. The three different flavors and textures of icy chill are quite soothing, and I like to do this while watching my programs 
It also helps with a sore throat, or at least helps me forget about it.

I have a million but hot bath, petting my dog or giving him a “omgggg I have a dog” day (take him to PetCo and spoil him, go on walkies), try a new perfume (can be a sample), getting sushi for takeout, watching project runway, going on /r/contagiouslaughter, phone call with my bestie, buy classical music concert tix, get some earrings on Etsy, organize my closet, make plans/do something impulsive (this is a big thing for me lol), dye my hair/make appt for a massage or haircut or highlights, go for a run (dopamine 😍), listen to a sermon (I'm a christcuck), post on rdrama, make nice comments on old friends' instagrams, get drunk + message exes for attn, doing laundry so I have clean sheets, watching hallmark movies

For whatever reason, chewing gum dissolves in my mouth after a little bit to a bland mass of saliva and sediment. I've tried different brands, but it all ends the same.
