I live in one of the safest areas in the world actually. But.... if you go about 30 miles away there are a few neighborhoods that are some of the most dangerous in the world, and occasionally they'll leave those areas.

My town has had one murder in like 200 years or something. The neighborhood 30 miles away has a murder or two every weekend.
