I like nature and wildlife so I like to keep it simple.
60D, EFS55-250mm. 24mm prime lens for when I want to go wider. weighs just under 2lb all up.
The 250mm is a great little lens. Weighs almost nothing and has stabilization and if you drop it over the side of your kayak its not a big deal.
Its not the best for birds and smaller wildlife though so I'm looking at a 100-400mm L telephoto lens today

No I remember being moody for some reason so I just took pictures and stood around. We did take a buggy trip but nothing insane, my mother and her friends did all the sand boarding. The most I did while there besides photos was watch the Japanese English channel that our hotel got for some reason

You talking about Huacachina? Didn't go to that itself but it's like a kilometer away from the city and gets its water pumped in from there, total tourist trap with most of it just a walk away from some more tourist buildings. The dunes themselves are great though and Ica wasn't too bad itself. Nearby Pisco is good too if you want more desert nature without being surrounded by trash like most of the rest of the coast. I think we went to Nazca that trip too and the lines were cool but the city itself was garbage. Same with Trujillo and ChanChan but that's north of Lima whereas all of that are south of it. Recommended if you're interested in coastal Peru at all

I've done some higher end listings, but most real estate agents want volume and don't care about quality.
Most of my residential work I do for the architect, then license the photos to the various craftsmen, contractors, and interior designers who also worked on the project.
