I got the missing part of my brain back

So you know how people with anxiety, ADHD, or Autism, have executive dysfunction. One of the more common ones being the inability to fluidly turn a decision into action?

I just got the executive action part of my brain working again.

I am not sure what exactly did it, maybe the meditation, or the improved diet, or the weight loss, or the improved sleep schedule, or a combination of it all, but now I have unlocked all the brain capabilities of the average successful middle class guy.

I am happy about that so just wanted to share it with somebody out there.

Maybe you were just depressed.

Nah, I cured the depression a while back, then fixed the default anxiety, then my work was still not improving so I realized I was actually missing something, then I meditated a while and realized long and deep breaths for work flow, shallow calm perfect flow breaths for insight. Then there was some slight time critical thing I had to do and this time I noticed i could follow the sense of urgency, so I tried keeping up that flow and it worked. So I unlocked all the normie features while continuing to possess my higher ADHD coping mechanism intellect.

Now I only need to learn how to talk to a foid and make money.
