One of my neighbors has half a dozen maples growing on the parking strip (corner lot) and every year he blows all the leaves in to the street and then rakes them in to a pile right on top of the storm drain. Then all winter long the intersection floods every time it rains. I hate that mfer so much

It depends a lot on the type of leaves and grass, as well as what kind of time frame you have for getting rid of them (is the tree just gonna keep raining leaves over the next couple of weeks? Is the grass starting to die underneath the leaves already there?)
Sometimes you might be able to use a leafblower, but barring that you can rake and mow them.

Just went out and bought a Milwaukee leaf blower, idk why i didn't have one before. Red bushes up front drop tons of leaves in the decorative stone, and leafs pile up in the pergola where i can't rake them

Personally, I'll rake the main portion where there's lot of twigs and walnuts. The further portions where leafs are more sparse can just get mowed.
These leaf bag chutes are pretty fetch.. Simple and works
