i have PCOS and it's almost never caused any problems for me because i've always been 18-20 BMI. my only major annoyance is being in my late 20s but still getting fricking chin acne sometimes.

how hard is it to stay skinny with PCOS? i've known a few people with it and they all say that no matter what they eat they gain weight, but also all fats tend to say that

not hard for me at all, but i don't like typical amerifat food and wasn't raised eating it and i walk and bike a lot. i think that probably has a lot to do with how easy i have it. my aunt, who also has it but lives typical amerifat lifestyle, is huge.

mine aren't unbearable normally but if i do get a bad one it really makes me miss smoking weed lol
