Has anyone here successfully used false reports of assault to get homeless tents removed from your neighborhood park?

No one will tell you this but you're actually allowed to go and beat up homeless people yourself. If you go to wherever they sleep at like 6-7am they are usually passed out from whatever shit they took the night before and they will still be too zonked out to put up much of a fight. Although if you are beating up a homeless person for the first time I would generally suggest to give them and quick kick and then run away, just so you can judge what kind of state they are in. Once you get a little more experienced you will be able tell easily.
