I have someone above me who sometimes stomps around at 3 am randomly.
They're probably just going to take a piss or something, but it sounds like its an 800 lb elephant doing it.
I've now started keeping a broom next to my bed so I can beat it on the ceiling next time it happens like I'm a 90 year old woman telling someone to keep it down.
