I'm covering their butt and there's no misconception on my thoughts about people dying. The case has a patient that's likely to die in the next year. I'm not their doctor, just somebody covering for their doctor. I've seen people die a lot, why should I care that somebody is going to end up in an M&M next year.

No idea. We protect the interns from the worst cases but give them a controlled environment involving worst cases where we step in just in case it goes worse than than expected. Expect to be assaulted but get used to that. It's a rare occurrence but does happen
