I realized I have a literal cult in my city with only students

Should I join up? I need a social life. It would be nice if people were forced to interact with me. Already did my research on the cult

Some fairly unknown cult (C3 Church) bought a million dollar building in this city a while back, and they are heavily recruiting students.

The cult basically believes that if you give a lot of money to the church, god will love you more and return the favor. Its like the doubling scam in Runescape but with God.

Found the cult promoting Gospel on the chinese spyware app and it got me curious.

So I went looking, mostly because I need something to do and I heard cults were really socially accepting.

In my country religion institutes have to disclose finances so I was able to look up their financing so I know if we are at the start of the cult phase or at the suicide ending. I wanted to make sure I joined somewhere around the middle.

According to their public financial information they have around 90 cult followers that pay membership in my small city alone.

I know because every member is forced to volunteer, so you can see exactly how many people are joined up.

Tithings is like โ‚ฌ250K a year in this cult section which would make it only 2780 Euro a year to stay a part of this cult. This would exclude the costs from buying the books the cult leader wrote, which would add up to another 800 or so as he only wrote 7 books.

  • Proof of followers they have in my city alone

Found a hidden link named "Alpha-course" on their site which had a blog post detailing a ritual that lasts 10 meetings and a prayer weekend in which you get locked up with other initiation takers if you want to join. (Also a $200 volunteer fee to join the meetings). This will ensure they will have to talk with me.

>Pros:

They meet 6 times a week

Students

>Neutral

They hate the gays with a passion

>Cons:

Pay 35% of my income to the cult.

have to be locked up in the prayer room for weeks at a time

Should I join up? I desperately need a social life.

Ngl the cult leader is balling. According to the documents this man gets a 105K salary just from this city alone. Likely making millions a year with just a couple "churches".

It sounds fun and honestly 200 for a weekend of fun even if just as a one-off isn't a terrible deal. Do it and reveal your findings. Try to convert its members to rdrama perhaps.

Join. Or at least show some interest and force socialisation as they try to fully convert you.

Its the $200 fee that is fricking with me. I honestly would have done it right now if they didnt ask for that. I get its a filter to keep the smarter and poorer people out but this screws with the memes.

Offer to sell them your soul for the $200 so you don't have to pay it.

Why don't you just join the freemasons instead?

Dude you're basically asking "Should I spend 35% of my income in order to constantly hang around college-aged women who have demonstrated that they are susceptible to all sorts of manipulation?" The answer is yes. You should. A cult's main purpose is always to enable interesting s*x between devotees.
