I have been honeymaxxing for the past week and I have realised it's the most dangerous thing you can ever ingest

I started drinking that shit a little bit at a time mostly to reduce my smoking so that when the craving hits I can take an instant dose of sugar and gratify my brain.

After just one week I have reached about 2-3 oz of honey per day. I literally can't stop taking a swig any time I remember I have honey with me. Wake up, take a tablespoon of honey, after breakfast 2 tbsp of honey, at work I constantly sneak in a few tbsp of honey every hour. I have a squeezy bottle just for work. Pre workout - 2 tbsp, Post workout another 4-5 tbsp.

Before going to bed another swig.

I thought this would be an innocuous and fun thing. It has literally made me a honey junkie within one week.

I just ordered another half a dozen 40oz bottles.

I haven't seen any of the stated side effects of too much honey vomitting, nausea etc till now

Honeybis better for you then sugar and authentic ideally rae and unfilterred honey has a lot of immune healrh benwfits. That said a lot of the crap at the store is basically just yellow coloured syrup.

Unfiltered honey can cause allergic responses so some people shouldn't consume it. :marseynerd2:

Not consuming allergenic stuff is what causes your immune system to go r-slurred and develop allergies to everything.
