I was cleaning over the weekend and found an unopened Amazon box in the attic and a set was inside
I used them for leftover stew yesterday and they were very nice
They heat up without issue and go through the wash without any ugliness or eventual warping because they're you know glass and not plastic or whatever
Anyway that's all.

I also got some of these recently and I am also pleased with them for the same reasons you listed. They also won't add trace amounts of plastic to your food when you heat them up.
