my therapist asked me did you go through a breakup?

I replied yeah

He asked me to describe how my mental state was during that time

I told him blah blah this that, he was taking down notes, then I told him it was in 2016

He looked so mad lmao. He looked up at me, crumpled up the paper he was writing in and threw it away. Then he asked me "did you have a breakup within the last 6 months"

I said no but one of the women I was seeing told me she wanted to get serious. I told her I couldn't commit so we stopped seeing each other. Would that count as a breakup?

He just sighed.

I think he just thought I was very dumb. He would explain every question from there onwards in extreme detail.
