I have a separate shared Keep list with my wife for our evening meal plan for the coming week.
We have a cleaner but I'll put extra cleaning bits in my own list, sure. Things like cleaning the garage or the BBQ, deep cleaning the shower filter etc
Grooming myself is automatic and daily so it's not in any list. I shower and shave every morning. I might add getting a haircut to the list if I know I've got a few other things to do and don't want to forget.
There's a lot of satisfaction in constantly achieving and ticking off small goals, and it helps to get ideas out of my head.
You could automate getting a haircut by just setting it up for twice a month at the start of every new month and some specific date at middle of each month.
That way you don't even ever really need to think about it.
Choose a look, then just go back every two weeks to refresh it.
Yeah so I have a big routine list that I am unable to do all at once, so instead I just keep doing cycles where I keep adding a piece to the entire thing as I normalize all the tasks.

I use a Google Keep todo list and I try to limit it to a max of five items, only things that I know I can do in the next week.

What about cook food, clean house, groom yourself, does that count in the list or is that all automatic?
