I might be gifted neurodivergent

I was looking up some stuff about autism as dramanauts tend to do.

I came across some data about how highly gifted autisms can often have slow processing speed and very high verbal memory and that's literally me. ( I have improved processing speed by training it )

I have verbal reasoning skills so high I did the https://humanbenchmark.com/tests/verbal-memory verbal memory test and my score came out higher than 100% after I got over my anxiety issues and improved my focus ability.

It might also explain why people and even I had such an extremely hard time putting myself in a box, because it would mean I am twice exceptional, I am both unique in the way gifted people are unique, and I am also unique in the way r-slurred people are unique, which takes me two standard deviations away from common humanity.

Any tips for someone like me who has just diagnosed themselves with being twice exceptional during adulthood?

What things can I do that would help me improve my quality of life and be able to better function with other people.

Thank you.

Stop caring about stupid shit like this and work on actually achieving something with your life. Having a high score in some potential ability doesn't really mean anything, if you're actually gifted you'll be able to turn those abilities into impressive achievements.

I used my abilities to get fit enough :marseyitsallsotiresome: that now the average :marseyaveragetotally: looking :marseyflirt: woman :marseymidsommardani: near my age has a 50-50 chance of turning to look my way.

Also wrong.

That's how you fail you're children.

Most abilities especially in a high branch society  don't have any noticeable useful output in the begging :marseypleading: or even in the mid term.

You have to first :marseywinner: encourage :marseyfingergoodjob: and support the young :marseyzoomerimplosion: ones for moving in the right :marseyyes: direction instead of getting the desired gains :marseylifting: from the very beginning.

Nah it's setting kids up for failure when you tell them they're gifted and let them coast on that in life. It's helpful but it's not going to get you anywhere on its own.

Aren't you an adult or nearly an adult? The time for honing potential skills is over, it's time to start showing some results in life. The ship has sailed on the beginning, you're already in the mid-term.

Honestly, yeah. I was a "gifted" child and aced all my tests and still wound up a dramneurodivergent in the end. My parents have a lot to answer for. If only they'd locked me in the closet for longer maybe I'd have built up real grit.

You aren't wrong. You are just not useful because you are giving outdated wisdom.
