Best thing I've seen that works is Aprodine (decongestant +antihistamine), but if you can't get that particular brand, then the 12hr Sudafed will work (despite knocking you on your butt)
Just make sure to keep an eye on your bp if you have hypertension issues, but most people are fine taking it 💊💊💊
