Had a long conversation with a foid on instagram who I haven't ever had a long conversation with before.
I am beginning to learn extrovert traits over time bit by bit.
Did not successfully do all the tasks on the task list yesterday, but managed to do the tasks till the last minute assigned for the day.
I am still improving. No longer having negative mindset.
Things improve piece by piece.

I'm an introvert and big time have difficulty just walking
up and talking to people because I feel like I need an invitation for engagement. But if I have a purpose to talk like for my job it's no problemo. So I just pretend I have a good reason to talk to people and it helps. The more you do it the easier it becomes.

but I've come to realize that 99% of the time people will just take you as you are and don't put much more thought 
into it unless
