Douchebag next door has left his dog out in the cold for over an hour (not an isolated incident) and the dog is clearly suffering and in pain. Unironically what do I do?

I really don't like animal mistreatment like this and it's pissing me off

Call the police, if nothing else than putting it on record for future action.

Also, knock on his door to share your concern.

Or treat him to the old telephone book and billy club combo. :marseyshrug: Animal abusers deserve much worse.
