Eat antibiotics. Also snort warm ocean-salinity water (don't worry, unlike freshwater it doesn't hurt at all), then pinch your nose and try to blow through it back and forth (on success you will blow through your sinuses and the ears/eyes). Salt water reduces swelling by sucking out water from the tissues.
