Well, if you really want to troll him about it, then let him know that a caduceus is the wrong symbol (it's the staff of Hermes); it's supposed to be the Rod of Asclepius (Greek god of medicine and healing)

I think most know it's wrong but it's the standard symbol. The rod of Asclepius is the correct Greek god but centuries of using the staff of Hermes kind of ruined it and is now what many use. The rod of Asclepius is pretty much only used by people with a strong background in Latin and Greek.

They are made by people that actually know the correct mythology. If you ask most they probably have no idea about the actual mythology but just know the 2 snakes is incorrect.
