I got up even closer to the desired time. I made further improvements to scheduling.

The trick is to always be on the clock to create that sense of limited time to get the job done.

I combined the to do list with a hours timer for all longer tasks.

I am also working on tracking the time on tasks that I do not usually track just to see if they are taking too much time. Like getting ready for the day or how long I take to eat for the day.

I managed to wake up around 8am today. The goal was for 7 so now I am only one hour away from where I am aiming for.

I also fell asleep an hour later than planned. It keeps getting closer to the mark though.

Weight continues to go down. Less belly in my hands every second or third day.

I studied about manliness and have figured out the requisites to stop being a manchild. Just have to keep practicing it every single day.

Last 3 items left:

1. Learn to socialize and network physically.

2. Earn money

3. Legal documentation work each day until all my deeds are sorted.
