I have been active 15 hours today. I am not sure whether I saved the day or not.

I missed doing all the things on my to do list.

But I was active for longer than last time.

I did the things I did for double the time though.

I also powerwalked for 3 hours.

The trick is to not eat more than usual now to make the extra walk count.
