I like benching plates

It was a good PR to hit. I hate having to deal with the individual small ones and I feel like a woman.

Would post in fit but the site is too fat to let it stay alive.

@gigachad_brony @BimothyX2 what's your bench?

Does it only count as benching if you do it lying down? I have nothing to lie down on.

If curls count than the highest I have ever gone is 24kg.

I am hoping to break that record on the next rise. Peak into that permanently protruding bicep category.

If you want to build up muscle I would recommend setting up a multi month plans rather than a rush job.

Rush job you can do fast built up to a certain point but then the growth peaks early and gets stuck because you didn't master technique and muscle memory, and only relied on speed to get there as fast as possible.

Same rules apple for all skills. Slow is steady. Steady is fast. Or something like that. Don't remember the exact quote.

The final answer being, You should be the fastest you can be at doing things perfectly, not the fastest doing things half assed or with little errors.

That's a lesson for life. However, External circumstances may often force you to get good at making things precisely good enough in a short time window to get the job done.

1. Minimize errors

2. Mastery of current level first

3. Next level mastery then

Doing things badly and doing things properly end up taking the same amount of time in the end. So learn patience and grow steady and consistently.
