I just got taken on as an associate by a small but well-respected company. The way the conversation went, I reckon I can be partner by this time next year. 
They hired me based on reputation (didn't ask for referees), so I'm feeling a bit smug rn.
Also a bit anxious, which is normal I suppose. Wish me luck, dramanauts.
