Quitting smoking is the fricking worst.

I'm running to avoid feeling like smoking. I'll probably end up with a better mile time but frick I want to use a vape or have a cig

Pooping in the street during long races is actually a thing. Not sure why they do it but I've unfortunately had to smell or see people that defecated openly.

I remember watching one of those interview random japs on the street channels and one girl that visited china mentioned that chinx cut holes in their babies' clothes' rear so they can just drop their shit in public
