Quitting smoking is the fricking worst.

I'm running to avoid feeling like smoking. I'll probably end up with a better mile time but frick I want to use a vape or have a cig

Vape users are the worst. We don't have longitudinal studies yet they espouse how healthy it is despite being high temp exposure to the lungs. Just accept it's slightly healthier than smoking and don't be a peepee.
