Quitting smoking is the fricking worst.

I'm running to avoid feeling like smoking. I'll probably end up with a better mile time but frick I want to use a vape or have a cig

Use chantix if they haven't banned it yet. It makes you want to quit cigarettes so you can quit taking chantix which gives you vivid and extremely violent dreams.

I don't know much GP stuff but isn't Chantix effectively a last resort for patients that would die if they continue smoking?im still a couple decades off that.
