Dropped by my vacant rental and holy shit is everybody in Albuquerque addicted to heroin

Drove by a gas station and there were like 30 people with needle marks blacked out, another 10 just swaying back and forth and smelled like meth. I'm tempted to ditch this property since that was a few minutes away but the rent is insanely high and I still get tenants

Property is on the east side of it which is a decent enough neighborhood. The west side is the section 8 housing that's absolute shit.

East puts you towards Louisiana. Shit street named after a shit state. I tried buying a pack of gum at the gas station alone there a long time ago and the parking lot and inside of the store was full of living dead swaying homeless.

I think Albuquerque is mostly meth and fentanyl.

It's mostly heroin based off epidemiology studies. The house is between Louisiana and San Pedro but further from the meth den that is Louisiana. Hated having to smell meth when I had to drive on that street
