My car video project will never end [Feedback request]

Feeling self-conscious, might delete later.

I managed to get a good chunk of my video project done today, wanted some feedback on what I'm doing wrong.

I know the tone will jump between "watch me do it" and "here's how you should do it", but it's hard to write around that.

Audio definitely needs more work, some parts were rerecorded later and sound very different.

I also might simplify transitions a bit, keep it from looking like a PowerPoint presentation.

But for now, I need to go outside and try again with the actual windshield portion of this. I've been on my computer all day and getting really fidgety.

i need somebody to explain the parts pricing to me though. that whole thing about the Focus/Escape cameras?

Going rate for an Escape variant is $150 on eBay. I can find Cadillac versions for $80. Identical Mercedes versions are $20.

I bought a Mercedes flavor to see if I can flash the Ford firmware to it. Just gotta find a wiring diagram

This is actually pretty darn good. editing is nice and snappy, pacing is good and your vocal delivery is perfectly cromulent especially for your first ever video. I do agree with simplifying the transitions but otherwise you've really hit the ground running with this one. also cute cat btw :marseyfluffy:

Very nice. I don't have the patience to make videos so I made a website for my car, with blog posts covering each stage/topic of the build. I like how you've done it though.
