Hello everyone, I haven't done a diet progress update in a long time because around the holidays I started getting invited to all kinds of dinners and things and started gaining weight and doing a shitty job losing it again but I'm finally getting focused on my diet again and I'm back down to overweight BMI and now I just need to motivate myself to get down to 190 so please call me a fatty and post chonker marsey at me until I break and start fasting.
Also praise to God for making me get this far and getting me back on track again.

Do some pushups, and 160-170 is a good weight for you. Get jacked, and 180 is a good weight for you.
