Tinder and online dating has caused issues with guys / chicks not really attempting to woo the other IRL as it normalized the idea that people searching for love only do so via an app explicitly for it rather than with / through friends or people they encounter and hit on. To not use an app is risking "discomfort" for the other in the mind of the love-seeking
