What do you do when you're told to get an urgent CAT scan, but the only availability is 2 days out? 
I'm trying to be chill, but I could use some support. Love you all and hope you're doing better than I am. 
Since the 2nd, I've been a 9 on the pain scale for a giant ovarian cyst, and other abdominal oddities. This is an issue I've pressed with all kinds of people, but the December ultrasound never came. So I'm here, choosing not to eat so that I may drink ice cold electrolyte water. It's the only relief available.
I drove myself to a blood test at 8 am (my time of day) and almost passed out leaving the gas station today.
So I'm probably getting my organs scooped. Yayyyyyy

If you're in the US, emergency rooms basically have to treat you. Not sure if that would move up your CAT scan or not, but I figure at least you'd probably get triaged and they might reassess whether it might be a good idea to do a CAT scan sooner.
Are you worried about paying too much money for the emergency room? No health insurance?

I have to operate within my limited, but based, coverage. Its just that in like, 2017, this impaction on hospitals would have in itself been a pandemic where I am. My appointment is in the hood a city over at freaking 9 pm but its a better OR compared to my city's mains. My coverage is great, but so is the fear of not seeing my cat, family, or bf again

Well, I wish I actually had some worthwhile advice but I can't think of much. I hope you can tough it out for a couple of days. But remember, getting hit with an ER bill is better than dying, so if there is any actual danger of the latter then you should probably go to the ER if things seem dangerous. If you do go to the ER, you don't have to automatically agree to do a CAT scan once the doctors look you over, you could talk things over with the doctors and get some more information or advice but still refuse the CAT scan part if you're really worried about the money impact. And I'm guessing that the CAT scan would likely be the major part of an ER bill, although I'm not completely sure about that.

I'd probably do ER in that situation if I'd already hit my deductible.
I miss my old insurance where it was just $300 flat for an ER visit instead of up to $5k.
I had to deal with one a few years back that was large enough to cause excruciating pain but not large enough to warrant surgical intervention; wouldn't wish them on anyone. Hang in there.

Thanks for your message. Unfortunately, ambulance charge is around $6-10k for my approved hospitals
but my dad agreed he'd drive me there on friday. PCP told me go to ER anytime, how nice of her 
this is pain and fever that's overriding klonopin (6 mg) (!druggies) and melatonin blends. I'm consistently locked on my side at 1 am sweating my hair sideways until I take more cold baths. I cant believe I'm missing so much work, too
