I don't know burger housing laws, but going off what is happening in the Anglosphere, buy now. Look into population growth, if you live in an area with high intake of migrants, particularly a city or near one. If the population continues trending you'll see property more than double in value over 5-10 years.
In Aus, in every 50 km radius of a major city, we've seen properties go from 400k to 1.5 mil in 10 years.
Housing is a commodity, so waiting only makes it more expensive for you in the long run. If you live in a rural shit hole, ignore everything I've said.
