Just make sure to keep the dairy intake down or chelation occurs (doxycycline will bind with the calcium and be absorbed less, so the meds won't work as well)

Also eat yogurt
or take a probiotic. Antibiotics kill indiscriminately which means your normal 
gut flora that helps keep you healthy. Once the flora is gone, opportunistic infections like C.Diff can move in and that's uncontrollable diarrhea 
that smells so bad it makes the air around you thick 
enough 
to chew.
