i got a raise so i'm moving out of my mom's basement dad's spare bedroom into a camper in a mobile home park

almost everything can use electric but the stove needs propane 
to run 
frick that the previous owner used an ancient hot plate from the 80s to avoid using propane but it's dirty as heck and the coil design makes it hard to clean 
i thought about just buying a hot plate from walmart but the reviews almost unanimously say they're technically 
warming devices that take ages to heat things and don't last for very long 
trying to look up products just returns SEO affiliate link slop 
so i'm turning to the very smart and frugal people of rdrama to give me the best product for fakepoorcelmaxxing
must be:
big enough to put a 12 inch skillet on
hot enough to boil a big pot for pasta
durable enough for me to use it every day
flat top for easy cleaning
