I will be starting a gym membership next week and was wondering, do people besides those creepy old dudes who walk around naked actually use the showers?

That shit cannot be hygienic and I'm baffled that apparently people use them

Idk it just feels gross to drive home all sticky. Plus u save on water by showering at the gym

Used to even shower at the Y where they dont have stalls. Anywhere with shower stalls is a treat

When you get home take your shirt off and get a big whiff. If you smell anything other than cotton you need to shower before you leave the gym, and before you arrive
