I haven't drank a soda with sugar in it for 4 years, nor have I drank other beverages with sugar in it.

Sugar free drinks are good, I dunno why fats seethe over them not "hitting the spot". You're fat and your taste buds have been accustomed to 200 grams of sugar in one sitting.

Sugar doesn't cause diabetes, insulin resistance is the cause. And no sugar doesnt cause that, being obese and sedentary does
