Grippy house jail diary Day 4

My mood is swinging wildly up and down, no doubt because of events around me, not the anti-anxiety drugs.

Tomorrow I'm confronting the psychiatrist and demanding to be acknowledged as a complete lunatic like I deserve. Then I'll at least have some hope of getting treatment beyond SSRIs.

But as for now I'm having a great time here. We watched Breaking Bad last night, which is always fun to do in detox. The recovering junkies are cool. The guys are chill and the girls are sweet and charming

I've even been participating in my group therapy and it's not completely useless. Most of the stuff is common sense but sometimes they really make you think I'm even doing the gay ones like music and art therapy.

Anyway, speaking of things that are gay, I wanted to thank all you r-slurs for your support. You've really given me a lot of strength to get through this.
