In the last 6 weeks I've been to nearly a dozen doctors and a bunch of tests/procedures with more still to go and they keep finding new medical problems.... I'm unironically tired, bros....

Nothing serious has been found YET but who knows what the future holds. I'm only 28 so this is just bullshit at this point and I'm seriously on the verge of a breakdown because it's just one thing after another...

diet strongly influences mental health

Take a 5000iu vitamin d3 every day along with K2 so your arteries don't calcify. Those come in the same pill.

Take a bigass dose of B12 in a B-complex supplement.

Stop drinking anything with sugar in it.

You will feel better

Rheumatologist tried saying my toenail fungus of rheumatoid arthritis. Gave me humira a couple times until I had a Dr give me antifungal meds so I stopped seeing them. So careful. That was a really dumb diagnosis.

believe me you don't have to warn me about dumbass doctors making dumbass diagnosis so i'm good in that regard, not to mention blood tests are way harder to frick up since they literally tell you what they are right then and there

That sucks, king. They recommend any diet changes? That could help get your levels in check and also help with inflammatory issues

Good luck. I have arthritis issues and cutting carbs/sugars seems to help some. Also, unfortunately, you just can't push yourself when shit starts to hurt and you need to rest and/or figure out a different way to get things done

Just don't eat for a week and most of that shit will go away. :marseydoctor:
